Great morning!
Nothing like a smoothie bowl to start the day!
In mine this morning: frozen bananas with frozen mixed berries for the base, oh! plus an E3Live shot for good measure and on top sliced naners sprinkled with shredded coconut, chia seeds, hemp seeds and coji berry chunks. Perfect to get me going as today we’re going north to Rincon, Ga.

Bottom layer
2 frozen bananas
1 cup mango nectar
Top layer
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup strawberries
1 cup spinach
2 frozen bananas
1-2 cups water
1. In a high speed blender, blend the ingredients for the bottom layer. Pour into jar and place in freezer.
2. Add your top layer ingredients into blender and blend until creamy. Remove your jar from the freezer and pour in your top layer.
I topped mine with blendco superfood blend.

1/4 cup salbachia white chia seeds
1 cup almond milk

For Nice Cream
3 frozen bananas
1 1/2 medium peaches (chopped)

Whisk chia ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Place in the fridge overnight. I blended my peaches and frozen bananas until creamy. I layered it with chia pudding and peach slices. You can make this with so many different things, blueberries, raspberries, mango, pears, raw chocolate, different nuts. Customize it however you want.
This is another quick thing I make to use what I already have...
Because what’s more important than a perfectly themed meal or buying food for the greatest photo is not wasting that food.
The amount of perfectly good food I’ve seen thrown out makes me so sad.
For your own wallet... and just for the sake of the effort put into producing that food...
Buy what you’ll eat.. plan meals around your shopping trips.
Save half of the Apple, save the leftovers... buy an item that can be used in multiple dishes.
Be conscious of the people who don’t have anything to waste. 🙏

Blend 1/2 of a watermelong in a blender and squeeze out the fiber with a nut milk bag.
Then you add:⁣
• the juice of 1 or 2 lemons⁣
• a sprig of fresh rosemary⁣
• 3-5 leaves of basil ⁣
• 6 leaves fresh mint⁣

Overnight soaked porridge ... one of my favorite meal! easy to make, you can prepare few in advance and keep in the fridge up to 3 days ... full of nutrients it will keep you full for hours💫

Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup 1/2 of plant Based milk
1 tbs of chia seeds
sunflower & pumpkin seeds
2tbs dried raisins
2 tbs of raw almonds
any topping and fresh fruits
Coconut sugar (Optional)

Instructions:
🌱Place the oats and the milk in a big bowl, stir well.
🌱Add the chia, seeds and almonds
🌱Place in the fridge overnight.
🌱Next morning place in jars, add the coconut sugar & any toppings of your choice

SMOOTHIE INSTRUCTIONS .
Blend together:
- two cup 0% fat/sugar soy yoghurt with frozen coconut flesh cubes.
-Take half of the smoothie and mix it with 2 drops of vanilla extract then set aside.
- Blend the remaining mixture with a tbsp activated charcoal and half tea spoon green spirulina. Add 3 drops of stevia and half tea spoon orange blossom. That will removed the bitterness of the spirulina.

Happy First Day of Spring everyone!! Spring really came early in UK this year!! Many trees have the leaves already and even when the weather is not great if feels more cheerful with all the blossoms and green leaves around 😍🤗🌱 That's some old photo of my spring breakfast from 2017. Strawberries, chia and coconut yogurt. I'm so busy recently I don't even have time to eat my usual breakfast pots everyday. Sometimes I need a small reminder: 'this is how I used to eat in 2017😍'
