One of the most important skills I've learned to master in life is visualisation. I've have used this hack for most of my life. The thing is, your most powerful asset is your subconscious mind. Once you have put yourself in a picture life this, your subconscious mind continues to set those images in your brain behind the scenes as you go about daily businesss. Try this. It works! Eventually, your brain works at getting you what you want without you doing much else. You can't unsee a positive picture you've created of yourself. These images will eventually stamp out the negative images you may have. I hope this works for you in terms of feeling more empowered every day.

Our school holiday adventure continued. Coco and ventured out to Frankston’s awesome new venue General Public. There were so many great photo opportunities there. OMG this was so much fun. We went on a one hour ride through the beautiful bike paths in the Grampians. These were e-bikes on hire for $40 each. We are happy to spend this kind of money on a holiday because we save so much on dinner!!!! Now that we’ve become financially free mortgage-wise we can afford this kind of thing. Although we did stock our motel room from the supermarket so we could save our pennies for this awesome ride. So worth it!!! Best fun ever!!!! This was an impromptu ride. Luckily I had my board shorts with me to wear under my black t-shirt dress. hair straightener, squishable shopping
bags, swimmers, sunscreen, handbag, wallet, sunnies, baby wipes, beanie, squishable sunhat, out-for-dinner top, dress sandals, compartment camera bag, tech and laptop. The black -t-shirt dress is so handy. Because you can wear it out for dinner, to the pool and over the jeans! I love and live in my black t-shirt dress. The camera bag is also great because it has compartments which makes organising daily gear for a train or coach easy! In the summer of 2004 my husband and I were $50k in debt. We moved to outback Australia (Kambalda in WA - 60km out of Kalgoorlie) to get completely out of our comfort zone. It worked. Life has never been the same again. This week I went on an unplanned adventure with my beautiful daughter. We venture out when we need it. This was the most fun we’ve had in years. We returned to the Grampians region - where I was once Bushfire Recovery Officer. It was amazing to return to see the community as incredible as it always was and even better. Rejuvenation is a beautiful moment. Thank you Halls Gap - for giving us the amazing day we so needed.
