Healthy keto meal prep: chicken breast, broccoli, spices, arugula, carrots, salad, and veggies like capsicum or corn. Healthy meal prep lunch or dinner: Chicken breast, rice, fresh slaw, grapes and berries. Enjoy with cold lemon water. Healthy meal prep ideas: Quinoa, avocado, corn, zucchini noodles, kale, avocado, corn, cucumber, peanuts, parsely, quinoa, sesame, spices, tomato and zucchini noodles.
