In the summer of 2004 my fiance and I packed up our lives and moved to a mining town in the Aussie outback to take a break from city life, get married, travel before kids and to get out of debt! Our little trip across the Nullarbor turned into a five-year round trip from the outback in Western Australia, to country Victoria and has ended with a sea change on the Mornington Peninsula where we now live with our two children.
